Pear and brussel sprout slaw

- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

- 4 cups shaved brussel sprouts
- 2 Pears, sliced and cored
- 2 tablespoons toasted pecans, chopped
- 3 radishes, finely sliced
- 100g gorgonzola
- Chives, to garnish
